general information
✦ forewarning that my art style can be inconsistent. My brushes and technique also may vary slightly✦ I will not copy/imitate another artist's style.✦ characters from media I'm interested in will be drawn as my interpretation of them unless asked otherwise✦ there might be Slight color/tone/hue changes that happen due to overlay usage/artstyle✦ I will only accept visual references for designs and characters (if you have a specific pose, i would prefer a visual reference too) it doesn’t have to be a formal reference sheet. I will not accept AI-generated art as references✦complex designs/items [criteria; genshin outfits and weapons, cloth patterns] have an additional fee you will see them in the kofi commission pages✦additional items are free✦backgrounds would usually be my own design (be it patterns, shapes or colors) you can request any minor change if ever. Im not really well versed at drawing backgrounds, with my level of expertise being only at nature elements rather than cityscapes or rooms,
✦✦ If you want to commission me with a specific background in mind, I recommend consulting me first as the price can vary, and if I can be able to draw it. But if the background you want is something simplistic that aligns with my expertise, you can just leave a description (ex. blue sky with clouds) . The starting price begins at $6 (this mostly applies to the mentioned requested simple backgrounds, anything beyond will add on to the price) this applies to all commission types. again, this can completely depend on the complexity, and if i can be able to draw it.

TERMS OF SERVICE
If you intend to commission me, this means you have read, understood, and agreed to my terms.

‣ The artist has the right to refuse/decline a commission for any reason.‣ payment will be done through the kofi pages. Upfront payment is required after everything has been settled; I have a no-refund policy.‣ progress: There will be 2 updates; 1 to send the draft sketch with the base color for possible minor revisions/corrections ex. facial expressions, beauty marks, freckles, scars, or color palette. for major revisions such as the pose/outfit/composition/character, will only be done four (4) times for free; any more beyond will have an additional fee of +$5 (per change). The 2nd update will be the final output.‣ for the final output, minor revisions are free, which include: beauty marks, freckles, scars, or any small details. major revisions will not be accepted at this point‣ TAT: 1-5 months or less (depending on the commission/queue and my availability), I also do not accept rush orders. Please be patient as I'm currently in college.‣ my mode of communication is preferably on kofi (after the purchase is done). however, I'm completely open to any other social media platforms (such as twitter, discord, and/or tumblr) to whatever the client feels more comfortable with!‣ Please feel free to message me about the status of your commission! I will try my best to give timely replies. However, please do not rush me.‣ my work is for personal use only; icons, layouts, wallpapers, personal website displays, owning physical copies for self or gifts, posting them on your social media, and promoting non-profit works (ie, fanfiction, au's, etc.). All while please credit me, thank you!‣ monetized/commercial digital content and commercial use will have an additional fee depending on the commission category (see commission Kofi pages). however you cannot claim the works as your own.
‣ the artist retains copyright, ownership, redistribution and intellectual property rights of the artwork. The artist has the right to post/use the work in their portfolio/commission sheet/social medias. If you don’t want your commission posted, please let me know beforehand.‣you will receive one PNG file with a blank background and one with a background (given the client did not ask for a custom background) with no watermark.‣ final product will be sent in gmail, please attach your email before commissioning. the client understands that the product and deliverables are digital only and there is no physically shipped good to receive.
